Open Space with a View

In the Tullnerfeld there is a former gravel mine with a lake area of 60,000 m². The location at the base of the Schlossberg hill directly on the lake as well as the close proximity to the new Westbahn line speak for the realization of a residential project. The lakeside plot is to be parceled out and utilized in the form of a total of 72 partial plots by selling off the houses with the detached green areas.

redserve developed 72 residential units in different architectural appearance between 95 m² and 150 m² net living area. The concept provides for building plots ranging in size from 260 m² to 900 m², each with its own lake access. In addition, a separate park with biotope effect is planned.
