Reinvigorating the Heart of Linz

Redserve was selected to develop a new inner-city quarter on a vacant property in Linz. Based on a site and market analysis, a multifunctional center was identified as the most economically viable solution: In addition to offices, rental apartments, and shopping and restaurant space to meet demand, the Promenaden Galerien also include a hotel with 129 rooms and an event hall with seating for 200 people.

A viable operating concept guarantees the long-term economic success of the galleries, which are also attractive from an urban planning point of view thanks to the successful symbiosis of aesthetics, functions, and economy.
