Mixed-Use Quarter at Linz Central Station

During the project development for the released postal distribution center at Linz Central Station, the focus was on the excellent accessibility combined with the favorable location to the Linz city center but also to the local holiday area Froschberg and Gugl.

Special focus was set on the physical and characteristic interconnection with the existing urban structure, on a high-quality handling of the rounding off development as well as on an outstanding, architectural realization.

The basis for the new quarter was defined by a master project developed by redserve. By holding an architectural competition, the most attractive, high-quality and functionally appealing urban planning variant was found.
