A Village Centre in the Zillertal

redserve is developing the project “Am Schmiede Platz” in Kaltenbach for the traditional Zillertal company Empl. The area, which is centrally located, is to become a local center with supra-regional significance: Shopping, social and medical center, residential and office buildings as well as tourism facilities will ensure a supra-regional importance and a sustainable impulse for village life. The new center is a meeting place for young and old with modern apartments and offices.
