Business Park with a View of the Zahmer Kaiser

Directly at the most important north-south main traffic axis of Tirol, redserve developed the project Kaiserreich Kiefersfelden for the Unterberger Group.

On an area of more than 40,000 m², a new type of business park with production, commercial and office properties as well as a “world of indulgence” with a variety of entertainment options for tourists and locals will be created. In addition, there will be a 3-star hotel with 200 beds.

In cooperation with ATP, we have created an integrated product- and planning concept, which will be realized on a total of approx. 30,000 m² GFA. Construction has been in progress on the area since summer 2019, and completion is scheduled for 2030 at the latest.
