Sustainable Relaxation in an Alpine Landscape

At the edge of the village of Kössen in a quiet, idyllic location close to the golf club, a 4-star apartment hotel is being built on a 10,000 m² plot of land in an unobstructable natural setting. The 70 apartments are build with passive construction method and between 70 m² and 150 m². In addition to a beautiful view of the “Wilder Kaiser”, guests can enjoy a modern alpine, cozy ambience with lots of wood and natural materials.

In addition to a generous lobby, the hotel offers a restaurant with bar area, seminar rooms and an inviting wellness area with cardio fitness room. The apartment hotel is also connected to an underground parking garage. An underground parking garage is also connected to the apartment hotel.

As a sustainably designed building, the building meets the highest technical and energy requirements with low operating and energy costs as well as a long term increase in value.
