Modern Chic in a listed building

In the scope of a complex project development, redserve created a concept for a hotel operation at the Linz location. The targeted product concept quickly found a prestigious operator, with whom redserve worked together on the specifications for the architectural competition.

The Design Budget Hotel has 123 rooms for business travelers and event visitors. Immediately next to the Promenade Galleries, it offers affordable yet high-class accommodation close to the city center.

A particular challenge in realising the project was the listed existing building, which was optimally integrated into the overall complex thanks to the successful design by the commissioned architects. The modern and bright ground floor zone is home to the reception, the breakfast room and the necessary ancillary spaces. The rooms are located on the upper floors.
