Modern Business and Technology Park

The innovative design concept for the Business and Technology Park (GTP) Kematen, which was developed by redserve, demonstrates that large logistics, commercial and industrial units can also be realised with a minimum consumption of land.

The base of the building consists of  a continuous, ground-level logistics and/or production area with natural lighting. The building base consists of a continuous, ground-level logistics and/or production area with natural lighting. Due to the drivability of the roof for vehicles up to 24 t total weight, an additional, full-fledged “commercial city” results. The integral planning and architectural principle of the Kematen GTP thus makes sparing use of the valuable resource of building land and ensures a uniform, small-scale appearance in the landscape despite the high building density.

The flexible modular system allows adaptation to individual preferences and requirements and forms the basis for an attractive sector mix in accordance with the local regional planning concept.
